Which countries do you ship to?

We ship WorldWide with DHL express.

How fast can I get my order?
We ship all packages with DHL express and aim to get your linens delivered to you as fast as possible. We will provide you with more information upon your confirmation order. Please note that the delivery time may change depending on your countries' customs procedures.

Customs Duty:
Loulou La Dune is not responsible for any import duty fees or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs.

Monogram:
Most of our items can be monogrammed with your name or initial and will take 7-9 days to be shipped out.

Custom Order:
We love creating custom orders for our customers! However, please note that there is a requirement for a minimum order of a set of 12 Placemats and 12 dinner Napkins and we can personalize any item you would like. Please send us a separate email to info@loulouladune.com and our team will be happy to help you.

Custom Order Lead Time:
Our lead time will depend on the availability of our atelier. We usually give our clients a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks of production after having decided on the designs, the thread and the material.

Production:
Please note that all our products are handmade, and no two items can be produced identically. Minor imperfections are part of the beauty.

All our shipments come in custom Loulou La Dune Packaging! A special handwritten note could be included on your behalf, just let us know!
