OUR RETURN POLICY
Our biggest wish is that you love your Loulou products! However, if you have any problems with your purchase, please read our Returns Policy to learn about your options.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact info@loulouladune.com to inform us of the event and we'll happily assist you with a replacement. However, please note this needs to be done within 7 days upon the delivery of the order.
We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges due to import customs procedures.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligble for returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions.
Custom-made, personalized or bespoke products will not be accepted for a return.
Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not accept exchanges.
LLD does not offer price matching or price adjustments.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY
For all orders shipping outside of the US, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local DHL.
